Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley doesn't talk much about parents but her grandmother, who was a famous bodybuilder back in the 20s and 30s, was credited with instilling her fitness passion. Ashley had a habit of being physically active since the age of four. She started taking swimming lessons at four years old and carried on for another 10 years. It is believed that Ashley participated in many various competitions. However, she did not put in the time because she didn't want to adhere to strict diet rules so her body would perform the best it could. She was somewhat popular during her high school years mostly due to her gorgeous appearance and curvaceous body but it is not known who she was with in this time of her life. Ashley was accepted into college and made the decision that she wouldn't enroll at a university. Instead, Ashley focused her energy to pursue a career as fitness-model. Ashley was just 15 years old when she began to be unhappy about her appearance. Her grandfather encouraged her to go to the fitness center. But she took his advice to begin with a slow pace. What she didn't know was that she'd spend the next nine years shaping her figure before becoming an exercise idol. Ashley, motivated by her victory at the 2013 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships placed seventh. After this loss, she was motivated by the defeat. she continued training hard. Ashley took part in her first WBFF World Championships 2015 and placed fifth. As the competition was completed, Ashley opted to not compete again. As she continued to compete in competitions she was offered a variety of shoots. However, she wasn't looking to join her two careers. Once she had retired from competition and quit, she began to work as a fitness model. The magazine featured her on the front cover of a popular fitness magazine which instantly launched her career of a fitness model as she signed with a modelling agency. Seit then she is a well-known model who has worked for countless bikini companies and world-class clothing firms.
