Louisa Krause has been an actor for more than 20 years. She was Anna Garner the leading role in The Girl Experience. Brenda Woodberg, her first film role, was played by Babysitters. Krause was an undergraduate majoring in drama as well as appearing in numerous Off-Broadway productions. Krause also appeared in New York-based episodes of networks' TV shows. The family is of American and half-Japanese descent. Nathaniel is her older brother. He is younger than she is and is a film maker. Her interest for the arts from a young stage by attending the Washington School of Ballet in Washington D.C. Once she was in high school, dance took a back seat when she began performing in the Bill Russells and Henry Kriegers variety of plays and musicals such as Side Show as Violet Hilton. The Carnegie Mellon Drama School was the first option she considered after she finished the high school. Soon after, Krause decided that she was prepared to start her professional acting career. In the production Aida was the production in which she performed for her Equity card. Louisa Krause began her career performing in theatre. Her first production was with the Huntington Theatre Company produced her in the year 2006. She played Iphigenia, in Signature Theatre Company's Iphigenia 2 from 2007.
